How to Use ECP Benchmarking Forums

ECP Benchmarking Forums are intended for more in-depth and ongoing discussions on various ECP topics. This area is MEMBER DRIVEN; the more you contribute the larger the resource. Feedback and new topics are encourages and welcomed by your fellow members!


Benchmarking Forums Page Description

The ‘Benchmarking’ page is divided by ‘Subject Area’ then ‘Topic Discussion Item’ and then the ‘Conversations’.  You will select the Forum you would like to participate in or review by clicking on the ‘Subject Area Title’. It is from this page that you will be able to add a Reply or create new ‘Topics’ for discussion within that subject area and comment on existing conversations.




 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Submitting a Reply and Thread Actions

Submitting a Reply - Once you are in the Topic Area you have selected you will be able to choose the conversation thread that you would like to review or comment on. Follow the on screen instructions to complete and submit your responses.

Thread Actions – This drop-down list contains options for receiving notifications on responses to any of the discussion chains or Forums. This drop-down also contains options for a Direct URL Link, Tell a Friend, and other social media sharing options.




 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Add a New Topic for Discussion

When you select a ‘Topic Discussion Item’ you will be presented with an option to add ‘New Topic’ for discussion via a button on the right hand side of the topic listings. Once you have selected this option you can follow the on-screen instructions for completing a submission. After this is done a conversation will need to be initiated by submitting the first discussion item (usually a question) to your topic area.
