The NIC ECP Investigator Training Class is limited to 25 participants. Early seat reservations  are recommended; class must reach a minimum of 15 participants to be included on the final schedule.

Program Description:
Interactive course involving lecture, examples, case studies and hands-on exercises in Harassment, Intimidation, Retaliation and Discrimination (HIRD), Hostile Work Environment and Chilling Effect Investigations. 
Overall Course Objectives:
  • Upon successful completion of this training course, the attendee will be capable of performing an Employee Concerns Program (ECP) concern investigation.
  • For those already working as Investigators, the objective is to sharpen investigator skills and provide updated information on trends and changes in the industry regarding investigations.
  • For management or support organization attendees, the objective is to provide a solid understanding of ECP processes, from a concern intake, through the investigation, and closure.  
Note: This is a 2.5 day training session being held in conjunction with the NAECP Winter Conference. This is a separate fee event. This program MUST meet a minimum of 15 participants or will be cancelled and refunds issued.
